Updating of the OEPMESTAD data base

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), continuing with its work on improving data management, has updated the statistics for 2013 using the OEPMESTAD tool.

This new data base makes it possible to gain access, interactively, to data on the different Industrial Property Rights and to generate queries on statistics. It serves as a source of analysis for professionals, researchers and the general public or for interpreting trends in technology.

The OEPMSTAD is updated annually and allows for searches between 1987 and 2013, depending on the type of statistic generated. Its other advantages are that it generates graphs on the statistics consulted and enables them to be downloaded in Excel.
