If you have purchased a product that turns out to be a counterfeit copy, you should contact the seller immediately to try to cancel the purchase.

It is important that the original manufacturer is informed that their products are being counterfeited. Only then can you help stop the production and sale of counterfeits.

Inform the original manufacturer of the purchase, preferably by enclosing documentation, for example a copy of any advertising and images of the product you have purchased. The complaint may be formalized either in writing or verbally in the form of a statement. It will contain the identity of the complainant, as well as the information available on the criminal act and alleged offender, to help and guide the State Security Forces and Bodies.
