FILE STATUS: SITADEX

SITADEX contains data on the legal status of the files of all industrial property categories: Distinctive Signs, Inventions, Industrial Designs and Topographies of Semiconductor Products. The information relates to all files after 1979 and those invention files from 1964 to 1979 which remain in force, as well as the trademarks prior to that date which have been renewed, and all the earlier signs which have been computerised.

It currently has data incorporated from approximately 5,696,243 files, containing an average of twenty-five administrative acts or useful information for each document. New references are incorporated on a fortnightly basis in accordance with the publication of the administrative actions in the BOPI (Spanish Official Industrial Property Gazette).

In particular in contains information on the judicial review situation of:

Patents and utility models as well as applications for European Patents and PCT patents which designate Spain.
Distinctive signs: Trademarks, trade names and business signs as well as international trademarks effective in Spain.
Industrial designs.
Topographies of semiconductor products.
