Likewise, if you transfer or license the technology contained in your utility model, the SPTO records those variations for the information of third parties. If you have trouble marketing it, you can also offer your utility model through the SPTO by making a Full Licence offer. The SPTO will reduce the maintenance fee by 50% and will publish your offer.
Remember that to maintain the property rights to your utility model, you must promptly pay the corresponding annual fees (article 161 of the Patents Act and article 82 of its executive Regulation).
