The search is performed on the bibliographic data contained in the files of national, European and international inventions (patents and utility models) specifying Spain as a designated country and for which the applicant has submitted a Spanish translation. The results include complete documents and images (leaflets) in electronic format (PDF and facsimile).
The database (INTERPAT), included in INVENES, contains bibliographic data on Royal Privileges between 1826 and 1878, documents on patents and utility models covered by the Industrial Property Statute dating back to 1929 and those covered by the new Patents Act of 20 March 1986, as well as European patents and patents requested via the PCT system that include Spain as designated country and include a document in Spanish. It includes images published in the BOPI since 1988 and the complete documents. There are more than a million references.
