The minimum documentation you should submit is:
- A patent or utility model application.
- The applicant's identification.
- A description of the invention and one or more claims.
The application may be completed at a later date, but the submission date will be that on which the above items, as a minimum, were submitted.
It is important to emphasise that the object of the invention cannot be extended after the patent application submission date.
