In such cases, the SPTO will suspend the application and notify the applicant. The applicant may then change the list of products/services indicated on the application. To do so, the applicant must submit the suspension response form together with page 3 of the application form showing the new list of products. Please ensure that page 3 of the application is included with the response form, as the response form alone will be insufficient.
