If the search does not find any same or similar trademarks or trade names, it is certain that the application will be successful, or if I start to exploit it I will not be infringing other trademarks or trade names?

No. The search for identical or similar trademarks and trade names previously applied for or granted can serve to give reasonably good knowledge of what has been protected, but it does not guarantee that the trademark and trade name will be granted and that third party rights will not be damaged if you start to use it for your economic activity.
