If an application to register a distinctive sign that is very similar to mine is submitted, can I oppose the application?

In order to oppose a trademark application, you have a period of two months from the date on which notice of the application was published in the BOPI to file an opposition using the standardised TRADEMARK OR TRADE NAME APPLICATION OPPOSITION form (4104) and pay the corresponding fee.
