To request a renewal you must submit a trademark renewal application using the appropriate form available on our website (www.oepm.es, under TOOLS > FORMS > Trademarks and Trade Names) and pay the renewal fee indicated on the site in the FEES section.This may be done during the 6 months prior to the expiry of the trademark registration term and up to six months after this date, in which case you will be required to pay an additional surcharge of 25% or 50% of the stated fee.
