OK | Más informaciónWith regard to International PCT applications, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) has been informed that applicants are receiving demands for payment that have not been issued by the SPTO or by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the UN agency that specialises in Intellectual Property matters. Said unofficial demands use names and logos that could lead to confusion as to the origin of the communications. Whatever the reason for said demands, they are not in any way connected to the SPTO in its role as PCT receiving Office or International Search and Preliminary Examination Authority. On the WIPO web page you will find examples of the abovementioned unofficial demands.
