The SPTO announces the upcoming Seminar on the Patent Prosecution Highway and the America Invents Act.
In collaboration with the USPTO, the JPO and the INPI, the OEPM will arrange a morning seminar on November 29th about the Patent Prosecution Highway agreement for both national and PCT applications, with some highlights on the patent procedures of US and Japan. A lecture on the American Invents Act recently passed in the USA will also be provided.
We will count with the participation of Charles Eloshway from the USPTO and Toshinao Yamazaki from JETRO, and Telmo Vilela from INPI, Portugal, among others.
This event is to be framed in a round of seminars that will be taking place in some European countries, in particular Sweden and Finland.
The “Cátedra de Innovación y Propiedad Industrial Fernández Novoa” collaborates in this event.
