Opracowana w tym celu procedura zgodnie z wynalazkiem charakteryzuje się tym, że hodowlę jednokomórkowych mikroalg prowadzi się w całodobowym oświetleniu z zastosowaniem diod typu LED jako źródła światła czerwonego (z dominującą długością fali 645 nm) i niebieskiego (z dominującą długością fali 460 nm) w stosunku 3:1 oraz łącznym natężeniu 16000 LUX tj. 1419 µmol m-2 s-1, co pozwala uzyskać kompozyt o następującym składzie biochemicznym: zawartość tłuszczu - 10.11 g/100 g biomasy, zawartość białka - 59.78 g/ 100 g biomasy, zawartość chlorofilu a - 15.42 mg/l, zawartość chlorofilu b - 4.40 mg/l, zawartość karotenoidów - 1.77 mg/l, suma nasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych (SAFA) - 77,4%, suma j

According to the method, high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is used for providing nutrients for growth for nitrosobacteria and denitrifying bacteria, growth of the nitrosobacteria and the denitrifying bacteria is accelerated, microalgae is added, the particle structurein the aerobic activated sludge is reinforced, and disintegration caused by the influence of the high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen load of the high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is prevented.
