La presente invención se relaciona con el campo técnico del control biológico de las pestes e infestaciones causadas por insectos, en especial para el control biológico del pulgón amarillo (Sipha flava) en cultivos agrícolas. La presente invención revela una formulación agrícolamente que se obtiene a partir de la acción conjunta de una concentración definida de de los hongos entomopatógenos Beauveria bassiana y Metharizium anisoplae. Además de la concentración de esporas definida de los hongos entomopatógenos, la formulación presenta excipientes que comprenden, entre otros, un atrayente básicamente compuesto por un edulcorante sintético agentes conservantes, un alcohol graso etoxilado, además de un agente antiespumante. El bioinsecticida divulgado en la presente invención es susceptible de aplicación en cultivos, tales como caña de azúcar, generando un control, amigable con el ambiente, que reduce las consecuencias dañinas ocasionadas por la utilización de agentes químicos. Adicionalmente, reduce la probabilidad de la aparición de resistencia al insecticida al emplear dos principios activos (Beauvueria bassiana y Metarhizium anisopliae) y un vehículo a partir de excipientes adecuados, ambientalmente amigables.
