Cooperation agreement between the SPTO and Murcia Region Development InstituteCollaboration between different institutions is essential for industrial property and its advantages to reach citizens. With this in mind, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) and the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia (INFO) signed an agreement whose purpose is to establish a collaboration framework to disseminate technological information subject to registration, as well as to promote greater and better knowledge, protection and enforcement of industrial property rights in the Region, and to carry out, for this purpose, the activities deemed appropriate to fight against the counterfeiting of industrial property rights. The Region of Murcia, through this Agreement, adheres to the standard model of collaboration agreement between the SPTO and the autonomous communities.
