The CIBEPYME www.cibepyme.com is a platform offering support to Ibero-American SMEs who wish to expand internationally in the region.
This website contains all the information SMEs need to know in order to make the most of the results of their innovation in countries belonging to the Ibero-American Industrial property programme (IBEPI www.ibepi.org): Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
It provides information, services and free assistance (through a query form) on Intellectual Property, to favour better use of the registration systems. The Platform also shares best practices, success stories of companies that used the registration system, awareness campaigns, new developments and actions carried out in each of the countries.
The website is published in Spanish and, the micro sites in Portugal and Brazil, in Portuguese. The information will soon be available in English.
This platform forms part of the Ibero-American Cooperation campaign, the aim of which is to promote the strategic use of Industrial Property as a tool for developing and integrating Ibero-American societies.
