A Community Drawing or Model is valid in the entire territory of the European Union. It is uniform in nature and can only be applied for and granted for the entire European Union territory.

Community design applications can submitted directly to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and to the Spanish Patents and Trademark Office.
