CLINMAR Web service (version 2.0)

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) offers its users the CLINMAR web service application, an application query the Nice Classification and the Harmonized Classification.

The Nice Classification comprises the products and services of the official list of the International Classification of WIPO (Nice Agreement), while the harmonized classification includes an expanded list of products and services accepted by the SPTO well as by OHIM and other States European Union.

The Web Service CLINMAR serves as a manual t & eacute; functional technician and in which the details concerning these two classifications are described, allowing internal and external users of the application queries by classification and description of the classification.

This Web service offers users a secure and independent mechanism search the web environment with the necessary classifications to search for products and services for registration of trademarks or trade and service marks functions.

To use this service, you must complete the appropriate form to request a username and password to the SPTO.
