Annual Technical Reports (ATRs)


The SPTO, along with many other Industrial Property Offices, prepares Annual Technical Reports (ATRs) each year in order to disseminate its information activities in the area of industrial property to the other offices and the general public. Currently the Offices prepare three types of ATRs, corresponding to their yearly information activities in the areas of:

 

- Patents (including Utility Models and SPCs)

- Trademarks

- Industrial Designs

The Annual Technical Reports of the OEPM and the rest of the Offices are available at the WIPO website for ATRs:
