To what extent can the EQE secretary take into account experience in national patent applications to determine the duration of the activities provided for in article 11 (2) (a) of the Regulation on the EQE?

The Secretary can take into account the activities carried out in national procedures. However, most of the candidate’s activities must correspond to the field of applications for European patents or European patents.
