How much does it cost to apply for patents in other countries?

In order to get protection you need to register the trademark or trade name. The title holder is obliged to use the trademark either himself or through a person authorised by him. If the trademark is not used, five years from the date of the award publication, or during this same period use of the trademark ceases after having been used, the courts can declare it to be expired as a result of action taken by third parties.
