C’est un système de production d’électricité à partir des vagues de la mer. On a utilisé le système du levier pour pouvoir récupérer la puissance des vagues à partir de hauteur de 50cm. allant jusqu'à 5,50m. En fait une géante bouée va pousser un châssis vers le haut au passage des vagues. Le châssis est fixé d’un bout par un axe autour duquel elle peut pivoter librement, à l’autre bout est fixée une crémaillère en forme d’arc de cercle, qui va faire tourner 2 pignons reliés à 2 roues libres. La première récupère la force résultante de la monté des vagues, et la deuxième récupère la force du poids du châssis lorsque la vague passe. La continuité de ces 2 forces provoque une force continue qui, amplifiée par une boite de vitesse, va faire tourner un arbre (axe de sortie) à une vitesse de 1500 tr/mn.
