Disclosed is a preparation method for a midsole plate by means of synthesis from natural tea seed cakes. The midsole plate is prepared by means of the following steps: selecting kaolin and a tea seed meal, stirring same, mixing same with a glue, forming the skeleton of a spunlace non-woven fabric, carrying out hot-press molding, and finally drying same to obtain the midsole plate. In addition, the tea seed meal contains 12-18% of tea saponin, and by using good emulsification, decomposition, foaming and moistening functions and anti-inflammatory, sterilizing, detoxifying, itching relief and permeation resisting pharmacological effects, the midsole plate has good breathability and moisture resistance, can kill pathogenic bacteria in feet, can further absorb sweat from feet, and enhances wearing comfort. Moreover, in cooperation with adhesive fiber mesh sheets, the strength of the whole midsole plate is high, meeting wearing requirements, the shaping effect is good, no odor or toxicity is generated, no side effects are caused to human bodies, and the biodegradability is high.
