It's also useful for skin anti-aging, getting rid of overweight and cellulite, removing harmful substances and slags from the organism and keeping the body fresh. The skin is pre-cleansed with wine steam, then peeling is done. According to the invention, peeling is carried out in steps. In the first step, chemical peeling is performed at a temperature of 50-85°C for 30-45 minutes in the steam cabin by steaming the patient's body with a steam mixture that consists of wine steam containing active substances which is obtained by getting in contact with medical herbs. In the second step, mechanical peeling is carried out with a special puree, which contains the following components, wt. %. alcohol-free hot wine - 10-30, ground dry grape seed - 2.5-10, freshly ground grape - 10-30, grape seed oil - 1-5 and hot water up to 1 kg. The use of the invention helps to mend cosmetic imperfections of the skin, prevent age-related changes, as well as deepen the cleansing of the skin.

The Pichia kudriavzevii of the present disclosure has a degrading ability of lactic acid as high as 12.69 g·L−1, which is 2.04 times that of a type strain. At the same time, the strain can also metabolize ethanol and has an OD600 of 4.48 after fermentation in a sorghum juice medium at 30° C. and 200 rpm for 3 d. The Pichia kudriavzevii could completely consume 58 g·L−1 of glucose in the sorghum juice medium after 60 h of fermentation and produce 13.06 g·L−1 of ethanol. The Pichia kudriavzevii degrades lactic acid and can relieve a lactic acid pressure of a fermentation system and enable Saccharomyces cerevisiae to grow and metabolize to produce wine. In addition, the strain and the microbial inoculant thereof can inhibit the production of filamentous fungi and geosmin and have important use prospects for maintaining homeostasis of a fermentation system and food preservation.
