Thus, this invention provides the most economic solution to build a solar power station utilizing mountain slop, safe against strong wind by connecting 4 axes of panels with rails, and that improves the sunlight collection efficiency based on arbitrary variation of reflecting plane of each frame by 360 degrees with a length variable connection tool between each corner of solar cell panel frames and rails.
