Signing of the agreement between the SPTO and PREMO S.L. on IP subjet

New bidirectional communication channel

Innovation is a key factor for the success and the strengthening of companies, which makes its protection by the different Industrial Properties modalities an essential item that gives its holder exclusive rights on them and avoids its exploitation by third parties. In addition, patents are strong tools for companies internationalization, becoming an exponent of its good practice, its commitment and its seriousness. For this reason, it is crucial the knowledge and use of the different kinds of Industrial Property titles at a corporate level.

In this sense, the SPTO has been cooperating with various private entities for a long time, in this occasion we would like to highlight the recent Cooperation Agreement between the SPTO and PREMO S.L., a company focused on the design and manufacturing of innovative inductive components, with the aim at propelling and encouraging the knowledge and use of Industrial Property rights in the core of the company. This new bidirectional communication channel will increase the company competitiveness and furthermore will become a stimulus for the manufacturing of magnetic components at national level.
