Leaflet on Informing Patent Granting Eliminated
Since May 24, 2010, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office do not deliver in paper format the leaflet notifying patent granting (document B1 or B2) together with the Granting Title, as part of its program for reducing administrative costs, along with its adaptation to e-government and environmental policies.
This measure will also affect the paper publication of the amended utility model application leaflet when there have been changes made to claims.
However, both publications are available in the INVENES database.
