Quality auditCertification of the Quality Management System and Technology Watch The SPTO keeps a long-lasting commitment with quality that encompasses all of its service areas and actions and promotes innovative initiatives focused on management excellence. A sample of it is the recent renewal of the certifications ISO 9001:2015 and UNE 166.006.2011 that our Quality Management System and Technology Watch has, after the success of the external audit made by the certification entity SGS between December 17th and 19th. As every year, we would love to express our gratitude and recognition to all SPTO members involved in the system running. These certifications are the result of their commitment to constant improvement and high-quality user service.
