Publication of video tutorials on the changes introduced in national trademark laws by the transposition and implementation of Directive (EU) 2015/2436The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) participates in several of the European cooperation projects "ECP" that the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) develops within the framework of its Strategic Plan 2025. Among these projects, implemented through working groups made up of experts from different national and regional offices and user associations, is ECP7. One of its areas of action focuses on agreeing and developing training actions aimed at national offices and their users, in order to facilitate the correct and effective transposition of the latest trademark harmonization directive (Directive (EU) 2015/2436). As part of that work, experts from the SPTO have participated in the development of video tutorials in Spanish on some of the changes that have occurred in national trademark regulations.
