El nuevo Reglamento Europeo para la Protección de las Indicaciones de Procedencia de los Productos Artesanales e Industriales

Durante 2023 varios equipos de la OEPM han estado inmersos en la tramitación de distintos expedientes legislativos en la Unión Europea (UE). Uno de ellos fue el del actual Reglamento (UE) 2023/2411 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 18 de octubre de 2023, relativo a la protección de las indicaciones geográficas de productos artesanales e industriales y por el que se modifican los Reglamentos (UE) 2017/1001 y (UE) 2019/1753.
