Call for participation in the 'Program of consulting and assessment activities in the field of Industrial Property Management and Surveillance technology aimed at SMEs'

The 'Program of consulting and management assessment activities for Industrial Property and Technology Surveillance aimed at SMEs' receives financing from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Directorate General of Small and Medium Enterprises (DGPYME) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).

This Program, developed by the EOI Foundation, School of Industrial Organization, consists of carrying out consulting and corporate assessment activities in the area of Industrial Property Management and Technological and Strategic Surveillance. It contributes to improving business management, as well as that of R&D+I projects and, therefore, improves company competitiveness.

Companies participating in the program will not receive financial aid, however they will receive the following services at not cost:  

  • A report on scientific references and / or patents on an invention-innovation area.

  • Sectoral Technology Surveillance Reports including short and medium term strategic recommendations.

  • Identification of leading competitors.

  • Identification and characterization of strategic and commercial partners.

  • A study for the marketing of products / technologies and identification of business opportunities.

  • Characterization of the regulatory environment for a market niche and a study of barriers for entering this niche.

  • Advice for Designing and Implementing Surveillance Systems / Intelligence according to the ISO 166 006 norm for Technology Surveillance.

Companies located throughout the country which meet the requirements of the Call may apply and benefit from this Program.

Formalization and presenting applications

The registration period is from July 5 to 30, 2010.

The application, along with the required documentation, shall be sent by the applicant to the following email address: pymescompetitivas2@eoi.es

Companies that haven't turned in all of the documentation will be given a timeframe of 10 days to rectify errors and re-send it to the address above.
