"Protecting Innovations in Spain: the new Patent Law"
Since 2006, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), in collaboration with the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP), has been organising a Summer Course on the latest trends and future challenges in Industrial Property. This year, the eleventh, the course will be entitled “Protecting Innovations in Spain: the new Patent Law” and will cover the changes introduced by the new legislation, Law 24/2015 of 24 July on Patents, which will enter into force on 1 April 2017.
The course, which amounts to a strategic forum that brings together both Spanish and foreign leaders in the field of Industrial Property, is designed for students, SMEs, professionals and, in general, anyone interested in Industrial Property or wishing to learn more about specific aspects of this topic.
