Free online courses on Industrial Property from the OEPM and the EOI (IP MOOC)

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), have developed four courses on Industrial Property, in MOOC format (Massive Open Online Course, CEMA) which can be done separately and in a self-managed wat (learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere, and as often as you want).

The topics of the courses are the following:

• Industrial property
• Modification of the Trademark Law
• What is a Patent?
• Crafts protections

Each of these courses consists of independent modules (you can decide when to continue with each module), didactic guides, technical notes with training content, complementary material and self-assessment test, in such a way that the knowledge acquired can be verified progressively.

Thanks to these materials, you will learn and / or expand your knowledge of Industrial and Intellectual Property. For access to these courses, no prior knowledge of this subject is required.

They can be accessed for free through the EOI-OEPM Platform (Virtual Classroom), for which it will be necessary to subscribe and register as a user. The platform will be available until December 31, 2021.
