Regulation for Industrial Property Agents from other countries of the EU
On September 28, the Order which regulates the validity of professional qualifications for performing, in Spain, the activity of Industrial Property Agent for citizens of the EU was published in the Official State Bulletin.
New President of the OHIM
António Serge De Pinho Campinos, of Portuguese nationality, assumed the chairmanship of the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM), replacing Wubbo de Boer (Netherlands), who served for five years.
