Reform of the WIPO Constituent Treaty
On March 25, the Cabinet agreed on the acceptance of amendments to the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and other treaties administered by it.
The SPTO signs a memorandum of understanding with ROSPATENT

The new application made available to the public, a breakdown has been performed of the various procedures and corresponding forms classified by type of registration category, which can be accessed more quickly and safely.
Measures on deadlines and procedures for applicants affected by the catastrophe in Japan
Given the tragic events that took place in Japan, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office wants to underline the measures provided by national law to redress the situation of missed deadlines.

The virtual exhibition “200 Years of Patents” includes the gallery “Great Inventors,” a service dedicated to authors to contribute to the technological, industrial and economic progress of the modern world.
