SPTO payment proof

Since July 1, 2020, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office O.A. (SPTO) made available to citizens the new service of generation of proof of payments with the aim of facilitating the management of system users.

The novelty provided by this service is, in the case of payments made by card or through the bank (La Caixa) system, the generation of duplicates of such receipts automatically, providing only the identification tax number and the unique locator that is received when trying to make a payment. In addition, these supporting documents will be sent to the email that users have provided when they have made the payment.
