SPTO payment proof

Since July 1, 2020, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office O.A. (SPTO) made available to citizens the new service of generation of proof of payments with the aim of facilitating the management of system users.

Agreement with the National Association of Centers and Innovative Companies (ANCES)

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office O.A. (SPTO) and the National Association of Centers and Innovative Companies (ANCES) have signed a four-year collaboration agreement, in order to facilitate, promote and stimulate the knowledge and use of Industrial Property rights (in ahead, PI) between the members of the association, in addition to reinforcing the two-way channel of institutional communication between both entities.
