Publication of the OEPM User Satisfaction Surveys

As in previous years, and following the measurement of user satisfaction, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) has recently published the following reports of the User Satisfaction Surveys carried out in 2020, which also include a comparison with previous years:

• Satisfaction survey of Appeals Resources users
• Satisfaction survey of users of Technology Watch Bulletins
• User satisfaction survey of Technological Surveillance tailored Reports
• Satisfaction survey of users of the Patent Guard Examiner service 2020
• User satisfaction survey of the Trademarks Examiner service 2020
• Satisfaction Survey of users of the Business Support Service.

The results obtained are very positive, as shown by the high degree of participation and satisfaction of each of the surveyed services. In the case of Appeal Resources, 76% of those surveyed are satisfied with the service. The rest of the surveys obtain even better data, as demonstrated by the fact that, in all cases, more than 90% of users would recommend the service, this percentage reaching 100% in the case of the Distinctive Signs Guard Examiner or Customized Technology Watch Reports.
