Publication in Boletic magazine: "Impact on society of the public digitization policies of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. The 2021-2024 strategic plan of the OEPM"The Professional Association of Higher Bodies of Information Systems and Technologies of Public Administrations (ASTIC), has the objective of improving public services provided to citizens through the proper use of technology. It publishes a quarterly magazine, called Boletic, with information relevant to the development of projects related to information technologies and telecommunications, electronic administration and the analysis and development of public and regulatory policies on digitization. In its latest publication, number 89, you can find an article on the impact on society of the public digitization policies of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (OEPM) written by the Director of the OEPM, José Antonio Gil Celedonio and the Director of the Information Technology Division of the OEPM, Ana Arredondo, officials belonging to the Superior Body of Civil Administrations of the State and the Superior Body of Systems and Information Technologies of the State Administration, respectively. This article talks about the importance of digital transformation in Public Administrations, with great advantages both for the internal functioning of the organization and for the relationship with society. Aware of this consideration, the OEPM has been immersed for years in a process of digitizing its files and documents and improving its information systems. Therefore, in its recently launched 2021-2024 strategic plan, goals, projects and activities have been established to continue improving services through information technologies.
