The Professional Association of Higher Bodies of Information Systems and Technologies of Public Administrations (ASTIC), has the objective of improving public services provided to citizens through the proper use of technology. It publishes a quarterly magazine, called Boletic, with information relevant to the development of projects related to information technologies and telecommunications, electronic administration and the analysis and development of public and regulatory policies on digitization.
