Grants for the Promotion of Patent and Utility Model Applications 2023

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) announces every year aids to promote patent and utility model applications. The purpose of these aids is to promote the use of the Industrial Property by Spanish companies to serve as a tool for access to international markets.

La reforma de la legislación europea en materia de diseños durante la Presidencia Europea

La actividad de la Presidencia española del Consejo culminó en fecha 25 de septiembre de 2023 con la adopción de una posición común en el “paquete de diseños. Dicho paquete supone una revisión de las normas de la UE en la materia y se compone de dos propuestas legislativas: la propuesta de Directiva y la revisión del Reglamento sobre dibujos y modelos comunitarios.
