New WIPO servicesThe World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) has launched two new web sites in its role as ‘facilitator’ between businesses, countries and regions, to promote innovation and expand the use of technology. The first, named “South-South Cooperation”, encourages cooperation between developing countries in the field of Intellectual and Industrial Property (IP). WIPO aims to serve as a catalyst for activities relating to IP, fostering promising initiatives and facilitating mutually beneficial exchanges. The second, "Wipo Green", sets up an interactive Internet market for green technologies. This market will serve as a platform for offers and requests in the sector, facilitating contacts between suppliers and potential buyers. Multilingual data base
