45th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva Awards
The ceremony of the 45th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva Awards was held on Friday, 31 March 2017.
The special prize from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office was awarded to Lumiartecnia internacional for their DIGITAL WALL FOUNTAIN. It is a digital wall fountain, which by means of a computer control, generates patterns, textures and even graphs. Water slides into a lower pool and is recycled. It illuminates interactively with multiple LEDs. Its functions are decorative, functional to create interior spaces, videos can be displayed and it can be used for advertising.
Lumiartecnia Internacional also received the prize from the Swiss Design Association.
The García Cabrerizo Prize went to Alejandro and Adrián Escobar for their "CARTRIDGE FOR MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL WASTE".
Both prize winners also received Gold Medals from the Exhibition, with special congratulations from the jury.
In addition, another Spanish exhibiting company, BIOAMMO, S.L., received a Gold Medal from the Exhibition, with special congratulations from the jury.
Altogether, the Spanish delegation received 3 Gold Medals, all of them with special congratulations from the jury.
