"Being Unique Is Not Easy" Campaign

Concurring with the World Intellectual Property Day, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), in collaboration with the Association for the Defense of Trade Marks (ANDEMA) has launched the awareness campaign "Being Unique Is Not Easy".

These areeducational videos that simply want to show the citizens the need to promote innovation for development, technological development and social well-being. In addition, these videos highlight the importance of the registry, through trade marks, patents and industrial designs, of those intangible assets which are strategically used as a tool of differentiation and competitiveness in an increasingly global market.
