Grants for SMEs from the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) - SME Fund 2022 ProgramDuring 2021, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) launched a grant fund of EUR 20 million to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) defray the expenses derived from applications for trademarks, designs and diagnosis of Industrial Property (IP). All of this is part of the Ideas Powered for Business Program, which is in turn part of the European Commission's IP Action Plan and is carried out in collaboration with the national and regional intellectual or industrial property offices of the European Union (EU). To give continuity to these grants, EUIPO has launched a new grant campaign that will be in force throughout the year 2022, starting on January 10.
