The 2022 Call for Subsidies for the promotion of patent and utility model applications is now open

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, O.A. (SPTO) continues to promote in 2022 the use of Industrial Property by Spanish companies as a tool for access to international markets. For this purpose, on March 5, 2022, the SPTO published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) the Resolution, which calls for the granting of subsidies in a competitive competition regime for the promotion of applications for patents and utility models in Spain and abroad.
