The SPTO at the 9th Madrid Science Week
The Community of Madrid, through the General Management of Universities and Research and the Madri+d Foundation, is organizing the ninth annual Madrid Science Week that runs from November 9 to 22 and coincides with the European celebration of the Year of Creativity and Innovation.
One of the objectives of the Science Week is to offer citizens of the Community of Madrid a complete overview of its Science and Technology System, where participants include museums and scientific publication centers, among others, related to the use and dissemination of scientific-technological knowledge.
The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, in collaboration with the Industrial Property Group and New Technologies of Carlos III University of Madrid, has organized the following conferences scheduled on November 10 and 11:
"Brands provide information for responsible consumption". The objective was that of bringing individuals closer to brands and obtaining a more objective view on how Spanish consumers perceive responsible consumption and sustainable development.
"Emprende® con creatividad: ¿cómo proteger tu ingenio?", or as translated into English: “Perform with creativity: how can you protect your ingenuity?” where visitors were shown how to protect and make the most of creativity and human ingenuity.
