Inclusion of Spanish IP legislation in ‘WIPO Lex’

The World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), in collaboration with the Spanish Patents and Trade Marks Office (OEPM), has included in its ‘WIPO Lex’ legal data base the full texts of the main and subsidiary legislation establishing the legal framework for Industrial Property in Spain.

WIPO Lex is a single search service for national laws and treaties on Intellectual Property of members of WIPO, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and United Nations, set up purely for academic purposes. Public access is free of charge and the content is in three languages –English, French and Spanish– and partly also in Chinese. It also gives related information analysing and interpreting these laws and treaties.
