Agreements for collaboration in Industrial Property
The OEPM has recently signed a number of agreements for collaboration in the field of Industrial Property. On 16 April an agreement was signed with BSH Electrodomésticos España, S.A. (BSHE-E), and on 18 April with the Agencia Estatal Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
These agreements aim to establish a framework for cooperation between the OEPM and these entities to facilitate and promote knowledge and utilisation of Industrial Property rights – patents, trademarks and industrial designs. They should lead to two-way communication amongst qualified members of the science-technology-business system in Spain.
Both the OEPM and the above-mentioned institutions will collaborate in the dissemination of Industrial Property rights to extend awareness of them among Spanish enterprises and society in general.
