(SPTO), presented on September 22 the first study carried out in Spain that analyzes the applications of artificial intelligence in the defense of trademarks and Industrial Property rights.

Cuando se habla de Policía Científica se nos va la mente a investigaciones de delitos contra las personas, contra la libertad, la salud pública, contra el patrimonio o la seguridad vial; pero hay otras muchas funciones difíciles de apreciar desde fuera y que tienen que ver con delitos económicos, entre ellos los relacionados con las patentes, marcas, diseños, derechos de autor, etc. Por eso, en esta ocasión, hemos querido traeros el testimonio de los policías de la Sección de Documentoscopia de la Unidad Central de Criminalística de la Policía Científica y su labor en el tratamiento de los delitos relacionados con la Propiedad Industrial.
